Welcome in the largest log made hotel in the world! The Fairmont Chateau Montebello is renowned for the rustic charm of its impressive red pine logs. This elegant property offers a high level of comfort and service. Discover the magnificent landscapes which surround this famous historic hotel. You will also have the opportunity to take part in an outstanding wildlife watching activity during which you will witness something unique: some blond bears!




Days 1 to 3 – Montebello
As soon as you will arrive in the surroundings of the hotel, the stress of the modern life will seem very far. The town of Montebello is also a world class destination. The good restaurants, the nearby Oméga Park and the several cultural and outdoor activities available in the close vicinity definitely make this charming city a must see! However, the highlight of your stay will probably be the extraordinary safari during which you will have the opportunity to watch wild bears from very close! This activity will be done in a magnificent 65 000 acres wildlife reserve. A safari-bus will take you to a mosquito-free watch tower which will allow you to safely observe the wild animals. A professional guide will share with you his extensive knowledge about the bears and the local flora.
