| Authenticity, hospitality and gastronomy! Share a tieless tradition of hospitality at the Hôtel-Musée Premières Nations, unique both in its architecture and its scope. This original hotel, restaurant and museum complex houses a museum of Huron-Wendat culture, a four star hotel and a gourmet restaurant whose menu is inspired by the culinary traditions of Quebec’s First Nations. Day 1 – Wendake (Quebec region)
Along with your guide, you’ll explore Old-Wendake by foot: the heritage chapel, Tsawenhohi House, Kabir Kouba Falls and the Huron-Wendat Museum which presents a fascinating collection of artefacts and various items related to the local culture. (Dinner included)
Day 2 – Wendake (Quebec region)
After the breakfast taken at the hotel, a Native guide will lead you on the Kabir Kouba River for a canoe excursion. It will be followed by an interpretative hike in the surrounding forest. You’ll then head towards the Huron Site: Welcome dance and tamtam followed by a guided visit of the site. A traditional Native meal will be served after what you’ll witness a fantastic display of traditional signing and dancing. (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner included)
