Welcome in the raftmen country! The Mauricie Region is mostly characterized by
wild areas featuring mountains covered with a thick forest. You’ll stay in an outstanding log made resort located in the heart of the Boreal forest. The Sacacomie hotel proposes an escape in the Canadian forest while enjoying a high level of comfort and services. The package is also available without the floatplane (see the price table).

Day 1 – St-Alexis-des-Monts
Your arrival in this little piece of paradise will be a much spectacular one! Indeed, you’ll arrive from the air aboard a floatplane. After an unforgettable flight over the wild beauty of this marvellous region, you’ll sea-land quietly on the clear waters of the Sacacomie Lake. Overhanging boldly the lake, the hotel could impress the most blase ones. Also, the fine cuisine lovers are satisfied here with an exquisite gastronomy combining rusticity and creativity! (Dinner included)
Day 2 and 3 – St-Alexis-des-Monts
Enjoy this superb environment as you wish. If some takes advantage of the site to take a rest while admiring the breathtaking view the hotel offers on the lake and the surrounding area, the sports enthusiasts will be delighted with the wide variety of activities available. The place is indeed a true kingdom for sports such as kayaking, canoeing, mountain biking, ATV riding, horseback riding, etc. In the evening, you are invited for a fascinating black bear, and beaver watching session (2 Brakfast and 2 Dinner included)
Day 4 – St-Alexis-des-Monts
It’s with some regrets that you’ll unfortunately have to leave this enchanted site. Your bitterness will however turn into ecstasy once the floatplane will take off, revealing to your astounded eyes the immensity of the Canadian forest. Continuation of your individual trip. (Breakfast included) |
