Description du forfaits

In the legendary Algonquin Park, you are invited for a colorful experience. In the hearth of this Canadian shield jewel, you’ll stay in the picturesque log cabins of the Algonquin Ecolodge. Three days to discover the boreal forest, to do a canoeing guided excursion and to do some wild animal watching. What a holiday! The Ecolodge is completely isolated from the rest of the world, but still features, thanks to the clever use of alternative energy sources, hot showers and even a sauna!

Day 1 – Algonquin Park (Bancroft)
In the southern section of the park, you will first have some free time to explore the area. This is the ideal place to take it easy! You can go for a swim in a lake or for a sauna. You will then meet your guide and you will accompany him for a short hike during which you will observe an active beaver dam and the rich wildlife of the local wetlands. At sunset, you will make an unforgettable canoe ride on a magnificent lake. This is actually the best time to observe the moose and the beavers! Back at the Ecolodge, the guide will show you the marvels of a northern sky while you will have the opportunity to listen the mystical symphony of the wildlife! (Dinner included)

Day 2 – Algonquin Park (Bancroft)
Canoe excursion during which you will encounter some white waters as well as some magnificent waterfalls. You probably won’t resist the envy to swim under those refreshing cascades! The evening is also likely to be a magical one! The dinner will be taken around a huge campfire. You will then take part to a tales and legends session as well as a call of the wolves activity! (Breakfast, Lunch and Di9nner included)

Day 3 – Algonquin Park (Bancroft)
Early hike following the paths of the wolves, the moose and the deers. After a hearty breakfast, enjoy your last moment in this very unique environment. Stroll around the lake, dive into its fresh waters or take a rejuvenating sauna. Continuation of your individual trip. (Breakfast and lunch included)
