Here is an opportunity to discover the immensity of Canada during a unique holiday. A fantastic itinerary which will lead you from the Great Lakes to the Prairies and from the Rocky Mountains to the Pacific Coast. That is possible thanks to the train which enables you to cover huge distances in comfort and in style!




Upon arrival at the hotel on day one, you’ll find your personalized Globe-Trotter roadbook at the front desk. This very complete package of travelling literature includes: the relevant road maps, a copy of your detailed itinerary, some useful travelling tips, the vouchers, the relevant travelling guides, a 24h/7d toll free emergency number as well as a few surprises !

Days 1 and 2 - Montreal
Welcome to Montreal, the second French speaking city in the world after Paris. A city tour will then allow you to discover the main attractions that have made Montreal famous: The Notre-Dame Basilica, the Olympic Tower, The Old-Montreal, The Saint-Joseph Oratory, etc. (Breakfast included on day 2)

Days 3 and 4 – Montreal / Toronto (539 km by train)
The train will now take you to Canada’s financial metropolis. The « queen » city has a lot to offer. Stroll freely along its seemingly endless streets, discovering its rich museums and participating to its many cultural and sport events. Considered by many as the “Broadway of the North”, Toronto will assuredly satisfy the musicals and theater enthusiasts! You’re rather a sport fan? No problem! Professional sports have a place of choice in this city. To attend a baseball or a Canadian football game at the Skydome (Rogers Center) is a unique experience! You will also take advantage of this opportunity to make a fabulous excursion to Niagara Falls (10h) including a lunch buffet in a fallsview restaurant, a cruise on the Maid of the Mist and a tasting session in a vineyard. (Breakfast and Lunch included)

From Montreal (day 3), here are a few optional short stays that you could easily add to your package. Please refer to their duration in order to determine the number of nights each of these trips will add to the original route.

Days 5 to 8 - Toronto / Jasper (3600 km by train)
You are now invited for a fabulous train journey towards western Canada. You will travel with style while witnessing the evolution of the landscapes from the Great Lakes to the Rocky Mountains! Your destination: Jasper, a Rocky Mountains town surrounded by shimmering glaciers, abundant wildlife, crystal clear lakes, thundering waterfalls, deep canyons and evergreen forest! You will then have the opportunity to explore its legendary National Park and to discover the magnificent Maligne Lake. Founded in 1907, this is the largest National Park of the Rockies. The area is teeming with wildlife and has excellent backcountry trail of various lengths. (2 Breakfast, 2 Lunch and 2 Dinner included)

Days 9 - Jasper
After visiting spectacular Medecin Lake and Maligne Canyon, you will be invited to take part in a fabulous 1h30 cruise on the clear waters of Maligne Lake. You will see some of the most beautiful landscapes of the Rockies!

Days 10 and 11 - Jasper / Banff (285 by bus)
On your way towards Banff, the shuttle will lead you across the spectacular Columbia Icefield area. The numerous lakes, the impressive waterfalls and the incredible glaciers will all make excellent excuses for some picture pauses! (Breakfast included on days 10 and 11)

Days 12 to 15 - Banff / Vancouver (via Kamloops)
Be prepared to live one of the most spectacular travel experiences in the world. The itinerary between Banff and Vancouver is indeed renowned for its spectacular valleys and excellent opportunities to see wildlife, including grizzly bears! You will also be in position to admire the Thompson and Fraser Canyons, the famous Spiral Tunnels and Kicking Horse Pass. You can choose the standard service (Redleaf) which includes a reserved seat where your meals will be served, or the deluxe service (Goldleaf) which includes a reserved seat in a panoramic coach and some gourmet meals in the restaurant-coach. You will then pass a night in a hotel in Kamloops (including transfers), and will receive a travel package as well as a commemorative pin. If you travel in the Goldleaf class, you will also take advantage of a dinner at your hotel and of the transportation of your luggage. Your final destination: the Thrilling city of Vancouver! Its outstanding location between mountains and ocean definitely make this city one of the most beautiful in the world. Take advantage of these two days to discover its main attractions and to feel its typically west-coast atmosphere. We particularly suggest the visit of the aquarium, of the anthropology museum, of the Stanley Park, of the Chinatown and of the historic district of Gastown. If after all that you are still in the mood for some action, be aware that Vancouver is also well known for its wild nights! You will also have the priviliege to discover beautiful Victoria during a full day excursion on Vancouver Island. (2 Breakfast and 2 Lunch included) (1 additional D with GoldLeaf)

Day 16 - Vancouver

Transfer on your own to the airport.
