Here’s a tour intended to those who don’t want to miss anything! This amazing program indeed features all the highlights of British Columbia and Alberta. The wonderful national parks of the Rockies, the pristine rain forest of Vancouver Island and the famous Prince Rupert Inside Passage only represent a slight portion of what this package actually has to offer!




Upon arrival at the hotel on day one, you’ll find your personalized Globe-Trotter roadbook at the front desk. This very complete package of travelling literature includes: the relevant road maps, a copy of your detailed itinerary, some useful travelling tips, the vouchers, the relevant travelling guides, a 24h/7d toll free emergency number as well as a few surprises !

Day 1 - Vancouver
Pick up your rental car and drive to your hotel in Vancouver.

Day 2 - Vancouver / Victoria (65 km+ferry)

Today you take the ferry to Victoria, the charming capital of British Columbia.

Days 3 and 4 - Victoria / Tofino (317 km)

Tofino is an excellent starting point to explore legendary Pacific Rim National Park. On the program: long beaches, the fascinating rain forests and the local wildlife. (Breakfast included on day 4)

Day 5 - Tofino / Campbell River (232 km)

On your way to Campbell River, the world’s Salmon Fishing “Capital”, you should stop at Cathedral Cove where you can see 800-year-old and 5-metrethick Douglas Firs! (Breakfast included)

Day 6 - Campbell River / Port Hardy (236 km)

Make a stop at Telegraph Cove where you can observe the killer whales in their natural habitat.

From Campbell River (day 6), here are a few optional short stays that you could easily add to your package. Please refer to their duration in order to determine the number of nights each of these trips will add to the original route.

Day 7 - Port Hardy / Prince Rupert (12 km+Inside Passage)
Today you will travel the worldfamous “Inside Passage”. During the 15-hour-trip, there are good opportunities to watch wildlife: bald eagles, dolphins, sea otters and whales.

Day 8 - Prince Rupert / Smithers (348 km)

You must absolutely make a stop to visit the Native village of Ksan. (Breakfast included)

Day 9 - Smithers / Prince George (371 km)

The road towards Prince George will give you a good sample of the amazing landscapes of the North- West.

Days 10 and 11 - Prince George / Jasper (375 km)

Today you will enjoy great views of Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, before heading on to Jasper where you’ll spend the next day exploring its astonishing natural wonders and watching its rich wildlife.

Days 12 and 13 - Jasper / Banff (288 km)

Explore legendary Banff National Park. You will also have the opportunity to admire Lake Louise and Moraine or to make an excursion to Johnston Canyon. A ride along the Icefield Parkway is recommended as well. (Breakfast included on day 13)

Day 14 - Banff / Revelstoke (285 km)
Revelstoke is a quaint resort town in the heart of the Rockies and is a true paradise for the soft (and not so soft) adventure enthusiasts! (Breakfast included)

Day 15 - Revelstoke / Kelowna (198 km)
Continue on into the Okanagan Valley, which is famous for its vineyards and orchards. There are also countless hiking trails and the magnificent lakes are perfect for swimming and water sports.

Days 16 and 17 - Kelowna / Whistler (418 km)

Continue on towards Whistler, the famous winter sport station which will host the Olympic ski competitions in 2010.

From Kelowna (day 16), here are a few optional short stays that you could easily add to your package. Please refer to their duration in order to determine the number of nights each of these trips will add to the original route.

TIP: Please note that these prices include a pick up directly at the airport. Considering how expensive taxi transfer can be and the fact that you'll only have to park your vehicle in downtown (city centre) the first night, we truly belive that it's the easiest way to proceed. If for whatever reason you would like to proceed otherwise by rather piking-up the car in a downtown location on day 2, we'd be more than happy to quote it for you.
