Upon arrival at the hotel on day one, you’ll find your personalized Globe-Trotter roadbook at the front desk. Day 1– Halifax
Pick-up your vehicle. discover the thrilling region of Halifax and its surroundings.
Day 2 – Halifax / Western Shore (75 km)
On your way to Bridgewater, you will have the opportunity to explore the scenic Lighthouse Road. This itinerary is famous for the Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse, its rugged coastline, its quaint fishing villages as well as for the historic towns of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay.
Day 3 – Western Shore / Digby (155 km)
The journey takes you to the valley of Annapolis which is sprinkled with rich orchards and even vineyards. Founded by Samuel de Champlain in 1604, the historic area of Annapolis Royal is known as
Canada’s oldest settlement. (Breakfast included)

Days 4 and 5 – Digby / St-John (42 km+ferry)
Today you take the Digby ferry towards the charming city of St- John. The place recalls the old cities of Great-Britain. Take also advantage of the occasion to drive by St-Andrews, a famous resort founded by the Loyalists. (Breakfast included on days 4 and 5)

Days 6 and 7 – St-John / Moncton (156 km)
Take advantage of these two days in the “Acadian Capital” to discover the Fundy National Park and the famous Hopewell Rocks which are literally sculpted by the highest tides in the world. You will also have the opportunity to visit Shediac and the Magnetic Hill. (Breakfast included on day 6)
Day 8 – Moncton / Summerside (139 km)
On your way to the Confederation bridge that will take you to the Prince Edward Island, you’ll ride across the Acadian coast. The smallest Canadian province offers you the charm of its hilly shores sprinkled with quaint fishermen villages and some magnificent lighthouses. The island is also well known for its sandy beaches.
Day 9 – Summerside / Charlottetown (62 km)
Discover the Victorian charm of this peaceful provincial capital.
Day 10 – Charlottetown / Pictou (63 km+ferry)
Back to Nova Scotia by ferry.
Day 11 - Pictou / Cheticamp (260 km)
You’ll then drive towards the legendary Cape Breton Island.
Day 12 – Cheticamp / Ingonish (106 km)
Discover the picturesque Ingonish area and admire fabulous seascapes while driving along the famous Cabot Trail.
Day 13 – Ingonish / Sydney (142 km)
Before leaving Cape Breton Island, we suggest strongly that you visit the exceptional Louisbourg fortress. The “New World Gibraltar” will literally take you back to the New France era!
Day 14 – Sydney / Halifax (400 km)
Back in Halifax, enjoy the animation of this pleasant harbour city. (Breakfast included)
Day 15 – Halifax
Visit of the Alexander Keith’s brewery in Halifax before your departure to the airport. Drop-off your vehicle. |

| TIP: Please note that these prices include a pick up directly at the airport. Considering how expensive taxi transfer can be and the fact that you'll only have to park your vehicle in downtown (city centre) the first night, we truly belive that it's the easiest way to proceed. If for whatever reason you would like to proceed otherwise by rather piking-up the car in a downtown location on day 2, we'd be more than happy to quote it for you.
