Upon arrival at the hotel on day one, you’ll find your personalized Globe-Trotter roadbook at the front desk. This very complete package of travelling literature includes: the relevant road maps, a copy of your detailed itinerary, some useful travelling tips, the vouchers, the relevant travelling guides, a 24h/7d toll free emergency number as well as a few surprises !
Day 1 - Calgary
Pick-up your car and rendez-vous in the burgeoning city of Calgary.
Days 2 and 3 - Calgary / Banff (129 km)
Explore legendary Banff National Park. You will also have the opportunity to admire Lake Louise and Moraine or to make an excursion to Johnston Canyon. A ride along the Icefield Parkway is recommended as well. (Breakfast included on day 3)
Days 4 and 5 - Banff / Jasper (288 km)
The drive now leads you towards famous jasper National Park. Among other things, you will then have the opportunity to make fabulous hikes in the Maligne Lake area. (Breakfast included on day 4)
Day 6 - Jasper / Clearwater (318 km)
Your destination: Wells Gray Park which is famous for its spectacular falls, its outstanding fauna and its numerous hiking trails.
Day 7 - Clearwater / 100 Mile House (136 km)
Following the path of the 19th century’s gold diggers, you will drive along the famous Cariboo Highway.
Day 8 - 100 Mile House / Prince George (322 km)
Discover the wild forest territories of the Cariboo region. (Breakfast included)
Day 9 - Prince George / Smithers (317 km)
The road towards Smithers will give you a good sample of the amazing landscapes of the North-West.
Day 10 - Smithers / Prince Rupert (348 km)
You must absolutely make a stop to visit the Native village of Ksan.
Day 11 - Prince Rupert / Port Hardy (12 km+Inside passage)
Today you will travel the world-famous “Inside Passage”. During the 15-hour-trip, there are good opportunities to watch wildlife: bald eagles, dolphins, sea otters and whales. (Breakfast included)
Day 12 - Port Hardy / Campbell River (236 km)
Make a stop at Telegraph Cove where you can observe the killer whales in their natural habitat.
Day 13 - Campbell River / Victoria (267 km)
Rendez-vous in Victoria, and discover the British charm of this elegant capital.
Days 14 and 15 - Victoria / Vancouver (65 km+ferry)
Back on the mainland, continue on towards thrilling Vancouver! Its outstanding location between mountains and ocean definitely makes this city one of the most beautiful in the world. Discover its main attractions and let yourself be immersed by its relaxed west-coast atmosphere. We particularly suggest the visit of the aquarium, of the anthropology museum, of Stanley Park, of Chinatown and of Gastown historical district.

| TIP: Please note that these prices include a pick up directly at the airport. Considering how expensive taxi transfer can be and the fact that you'll only have to park your vehicle in downtown (city centre) the first night, we truly belive that it's the easiest way to proceed. If for whatever reason you would like to proceed otherwise by rather piking-up the car in a downtown location on day 2, we'd be more than happy to quote it for you.

Your car rental with Globe-Trotter includes: Unlimited mileage in Canada and the USA, excluding the Whitehorse (200 km per day) and Jasper (100 km per day) locations, LDW insurance for the 25 years old and more (between 21 and 24, some fees apply), 1 million$ third party liability insurance, 24h/7d emergency service, a wide network of locations throughout Canada, several opportunities to return the vehicle in a different location than the one where it was picked up, airport pick up or drop off fees and taxes, car registration and the applicable taxes |
